Our team tracks all shipments from the manufacturers to ensure efficient and on-time arrivals. Product is received by our distribution center or shipped directly to the site with our crews present to unload trucks. Entry ways, floors and walls are protected as necessary while product is carefully removed from the trucks, placed in the proper locations within the building, and prepped for placement.
Modular components are unpacked, staged and assembled in an orderly and precise manner. Power and data connections are coordinated with appropriate contractors for proper integration and all packaging is removed for recycling.
Once assembly is complete, product is checked to ensure proper operation, quality standards, and spotlessness. Our clients then walk through to inspect and sign off on their finished project. Discrepancies, damage or other issues are noted on a punch list and immediately processed for replacement, repair or correction. Similar steps are initiated for reconfiguration of existing installations and for relocation of furniture from one site to another.
